1. Subscription Services (Monthly/Annual)
3-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Within 3 days of subscription, you can request a full refund without providing any reason (applies to both new subscriptions and renewals).
Cancellation After 3 Days
After 3 days, the current period's fee cannot be refunded, but you can turn off auto-renewal in account settings at any time. No further charges will be made in the next period.
2. One-Time Purchases (Translation Volume/Feature Packages)
Full Refund for Unused Services
Within 7 days of purchase, if no translation credits or features have been used, you can request a 100% refund.
Partial Refunds (After Partial Usage)
If the service has been partially used, refunds follow these rules:

Refund Amount = Total Payment × (Remaining Unused Amount / Total Purchase Amount) - Processing Fee
Processing Fee: 10% of payment channel fees (minimum $1)
Minimum Refund Requirement: ≥20% remaining balance required for refund eligibility

Processing Time
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
5. Special Notes
EU Users: Per EU regulations, digital services require a 14-day cooling-off period. However, this right is waived if users actively begin using the service (e.g., paying and translating immediately after trial).
Dispute Resolution: Unsatisfied with results? Contact customer service for free re-translation or style adjustment (reducing refund needs).
